Who do you have faith in? Is it in yourself and your own capabilities? Or is it in our Heavenly Father? Do you make decisions based on...
...many people today don’t feel that they should have any consequences for their choices in this life. Their rebellion against God is one of moral superiority; they think they are good enough to be rewarded with a Heaven-like eternal life, but seemingly one in which God does not have any part.
Jesus is the Word or Logos; He is the instrument through which God's plan of redemption was made known. The Mediator between the Father and a sinful world; fully human and fully divine, Jesus is the personification and revelation of God in the flesh.
Through our faith and knowledge in our Heavenly Father, and in our Savior Jesus Christ, we receive not only eternal life, but everything we need to live a godly life here on Earth. We are called to be more than we were, and we receive the strength to do so, when we accept Christ as our Savior.
There is no other way to Heaven; no other path to the Father, except through Jesus. He is the Word of God in the flesh; the source of all truth. Salvation and eternal life is found through no other name. Our place in the family of God is secured when we come in faith, repent of our sins, and accept Jesus Christ as our personal Savior.
